There are two types of installation: direct or suspended. But no matter which type of installation you choose: both variants are absolutely safe and do not require any special expertise.
Direct mounting is recommended for a room height of 2.5–3 m, as the heat radiates at an angle of 130 degrees up to 3 metres into the room. For direct installation, proceed as follows:
Suspended ceiling installation is advisable for rooms with a height of 3 metres or more, as this allows the infrared C-rays to reach the material optimally without losing heat. If possible, two people should work together when installing the suspended version.

The safety of our infrared heaters has been confirmed by the radiation experts at Seibersdorf Laboratories:

There is therefore no risk of burns. However, we recommend not touching the heater during operation.
In children’s rooms, the heater must be installed out of the reach of children. This applies not only to heaters on the wall, but also to the ceiling heating system—especially if your child sleeps in a loft bed!
It also applies to heatness® heating models that they must not be covered.
